Welcome Patrizia Kühne!

Portrait of Patrizia

Patrizia Kühne is a master student in Paul Bourgine’s lab. She came to Lund to learn more about stem cells, tissue engineering, and how these concepts can be used in regenerative medicine.

Patrizia Kühne obtained her bachelor's degree in Molecular Medicine from the University of Göttingen in Germany.
Since the summer of 2020, she is doing her master’s studies in Molecular Medicine at Uppsala University and will graduate there in the summer of 2023.

Before coming to Lund, she was studying for six months at Ghent University, as part of the Erasmus program, to take master's courses in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. Her master thesis project in Paul's lab will focus on investigating the batch-to-batch variation of the MSOD-B cell line and its impact on the quality of 3D-engineered cartilage tissues.
