2017-11-30: Grants awarded from the Swedish Research Council (VR) and the Swedish Cancer Society (Cancerfonden)

Congratulations to the following WCMM researchers who have recently received grants:

ANJA MEISSNER, who received 800 tKr/year (2018-2020) from the Swedish Research Council (VR-M) for the project “The communication between Sphingosine-1-phosphate signaling and the Renin-Angiotensin System during hypertension: a bearer of therapeutic significance in blood pressure regulation and Target Organ Damage?”.

GUSTAV SMITH, who received 1.2MKr/year (2018-2021) from the Swedish Research Council (VR-M) for the project ”Translationella studier av sjukdom i hjärtmuskel och klaffar”.

FILIPE PEREIRA, who received 800 tKr/year (2018-2020) from the Cancer Foundation for the project “Generating Dendritic Cells by Direct Reprogramming”.
